MicrowaveDisplaycom is on a distinguished road
Default

The holes in the metal screen are of a size small enough that blocks microwaves from getting through the glass to the user.

If the metal screen / mesh has not been damaged by arcing or rust, then he can clean it squeaky clean and apply clear packing tape over the hole from the inside. If it's not clean, it won't stick.

If the screen / mesh is damaged, that will allow microwaves to escape and the door assembly would have to be replaced. That would not be economical.
