Brand: GE   Age: 1 - 5 years

Ice maker cycles but no water, went to valve to chk for power and found voltge fluctuating up to 120 volts even when imk was not cycling, switched connecter for door dispencer to imk solonoid and water came in to imk.I assume the imk is shorted. Would this be correct.
