When I got up this morning I noticed that our fridge was making a horrible grinding noise. It almost sounds like there is a fan that is going bad or a ball bearing that is no longer round. Sometimes it will fade and sound like it is going to stop but then it gets loud again.
I took a video of the fridge so that you could hear the noise. It's definitely louder when you open the fridge side than when you open the freezer side.

I checked to make sure that nothing was touching the sides of the fridge that could be causing the noise and none of the shelves seem to be rattling. When you touch the upper left inside of the fridge where there seems to be a fan unit you can feel it vibrating moreso than on the other side.
We rent out house so the fridge doesn't technically belong to us. I'm trying to figure out if this is something we need to call in the landlord for and, if so, give him an idea of what's wrong with it so that he knows who to call.
Thanks in advance for any advice you have!
