Default Broken Latch on Oven
Model Number: KEMS377GBS2   Brand: Kitchen Aid   Age: 5 - 10 years

The Oven Latch Is Broken. It Locks When You Shut It But, Not In The Complete Shut Position So The Light Stays On. Then We Have To Stick A Screw Driver In To Jimmy The Lock To Open The Door. Does Anyone Know If This Model Had A Faulty Lock? The Appliance Guy Wants $500 To Fix. That Seems Ridiculous. Has Anyone Replaced The Latch Themselves?
