oven gets to a certain temp and shuts down (shows errors in window)
Brand: Roper Age: 1 - 5 years
I have a gas Roper, when the oven temperature is set, it starts to warm-up and about 3 minutes into the process it starts to beep and the display show an error. So we cut it off and try again and the same thing happens. Some times it just goes to beeping for no apparent reason, without the oven being activated, then we have to unplug it. It has electronic ignition and once unplugged we have to manually light the burners on top. Please help me with this, the stove not is really that old. I'm hoping its no more than a sensor or possibly a bad thermo coupling. Your help is certainly appreciated.
