Check if there is 120VAC at the power outlet. Check the power cord.

If there is nothing wrong then check for 120VAC between the "V" wire at the water level switch and neutral (remove the "V" wire from the terminal prior to test) while the timer is in "on" position.

If there is 120VAC then the water level switch is bad and has to be replaced.

If there is no 120VAC then the timer is bad and has to be replaced.

- The part number for the timer is AP2911959

- The part number for the water level switch is AP2905822
