I tried everything to unfreeze a stubborn garbage disposal.
After getting the flywheel/blades to move freely, pressing reset, nothing happened, so I got out the wrench again and used everything I had in me, turning counterclockwise. All of a sudden, the disposal let go, and dropped down, being held by the wiring. What a shock!! I am not that strong!


How could I have caused THIS to happen?
Not sure what to do next. New disposal time?
