Thanks for your reply. I have double checked the Model# and I've corrected it, it's WW27430P. I have entered the model # in the appliance parts pros parts ordering website and it does acknowledge that the number is correct. I also believe that it is the display board. Do you know if the repair process is simply to unplug the old and plug in the new display board, or are there other parts that should be replaced as well?
