huha69,

The first thing I would check is 240V at the power outlet. If one of the power legs is missing - the motor will still work, but the heater would not.

If there is nothing wrong, you have to check for continuity: the heater (#15 on the break down diagram), the hi-limit thermostat (#33 on the break down diagram) and the cycling thermostat (# 15 on the break down diagram).

Any part with an open circuit has to be replaced.
