Compactor-keeps running, doesn't reverse
We have a Jenn-Air TC406 compactor. When we turn it on it runs continuously. When we shut off the switch, the motor stops, but the drawer will not open. We turn it on again it runs, shuts off automatically, the ram apparently reverses and the door will open. HOWEVER, the trash has not been compacted. Thoughts on what needs to be replaced?
