The problem can be a bad switches and/or wires on the door latch or a bad control board.

The switches have to be tested with an ohmmeter in accordance with the wiring diagram. Also the door latch should be tested for proper engagement of the switches in both open and lacked positions.

If there is nothing wrong with the door latch, the control board has to be replaced.
