There all kinds of possibilities, I’ll just list a few.

Burnt wire connection

Bad high voltage components, such
as high voltage capacitor or diode.
Any of which could be brought on
by a bad magnetron.

A bad winding in the transformer.

These are just a few possibilities.
Some troubleshooting needs to be done
in order to isolate exactly what’s at the root
of the problem and determine how severe it is.
