Default Replacing the electrode of the spark igniter
Model Number: JGBP79WEA1WW   Brand: GE   Age: 1 - 5 years

Hello,
2 of the 4 spark igniters on my stove top have stopped working consistently. When I turn the knob to the "iite" position, it doesn't spark like the other burners that work. Some times it works, but most of the time it doesn't. I called GE and they said that I can order a replacement electrode and replace it myself; however, they won't be sending instructions with the parts. Is this an easy part to replace by myself? I pulled out the electrode and it was attached to a wire. Any advice would be much appreciated. Thanks.
