Most likely the problem is a clogged and frozen drain under the evaporator coil.

Remove the rear panel in the freezer and using a hair dryer, defrost the drain.

Remove the cover on the back of the fridge and make sure the other end of the drain hose is open.

Using a cup of hot water make sure it goes through the drain.
