Hi Julie,
There is a thermal fuse on the back of the oven (#37 on the
oven break down diagram) which, most likely, is blown due to overheat during the self clean.
You can check it for continuity as described in the
tech sheets (page 5).
You have to remove the oven from the cabinet in order to replace it.
