Default Tub fills but doesn't cycle
Model Number: WWA8630SBLWW   Brand: GE   Age: More than 10 years

Tub fills with water but doesn't go to the next cycle, you can hear the the lid switch make contact and the timer is buzzing. I found a part called "Actuator catch lever" (p/n AP2044599) on the ground under the washer which is part of "shifter assembly" (p/n AP2045698), could this missing part be causing the washer not to cycle? The part is not a stock item, 7-10 days. I think I have all the parts to reattach the lever and 2 springs to assembly. Also, found oil under the wash machine.
