Good call Gene.
Even the front load washers aren't too terrible. Of course, I only say that because I am used to seeing ALOT of Neptune washer problems. So, the Duet isn't bad in comparison. It is frustrating, though. There just do not seem to be any front load washers that I would consider reliable.
As a whole Whirlpool makes good products. But, that is not true across the board by any means. I like Ge ranges and dishwashers for the most part.
