remember is on a distinguished road

It has been making that noise for a long time, maybe 1-2 years, but since I use this mainly for ice, it is kept off nearly all the time. I turn it on maybe once a month, when I know we are going to have people over, etc, so I can have the ice. The ice was working up until the last time I used it, which was maybe 2 months ago, but again the fan noise has been there for much longer.

So, should I still replace the fan motor? Also, how do I do that? From the back of the unit? There is all this yellow foam covering the back of the unit. Or do I replace it from inside the unit?
I have been trying to find a parts/schematics diagram for this model and I can't find it anywhere. What should I do?
