You have a bad motor. Sorry to say it.

One thing to keep in mind; You mentioned multiple load per day. Dryer motors get hot when they run. If you do loads back to back, you will wear out the motor prematurely. I always recommend letting the dryer sit 15 minutes between loads to cool down. The motor will last alot longer if you do that.

I have been recommending that to my customers for a number of years now with very good results.

Oh, you may have bad drum rollers too if it is making alot of noise when it runs.
