the ignitor color should be bright yellow, not orange. if it is orange, it's probably your ignitor as they often get weak. they will work sometimes, and don't always light immediately, often lighting with a small bang when they do.
check for 120 volts at the ignitor wires... if you got it, it's definitely the ignitor.
