Remove the back cover and check if the compressor and the condenser fan (next to the compressor) are running.
If they both are not running, locate the defrost timer (#22 on the
unit break down diagram) and using a flat screwdriver, slowly turn the shaft CW for about 90°. See if the compressor will start.
