I did try the procedure described in the Technical bulletin but still could not get the motor to turn or spin. I then remove the Motor Control Board to check as you have suggested in earlier post. I could not see any visible damage or burn mark. Since I have access to the Motor control board, I then try the Motor Control Board Output test, where you disconnect the JP4 connector. I follow the test procedure and the motor DID SPIN at the end of the test. However, when I reconnect the JP4 connector, the motor still does not turn or spin during either the SPIN or Quick Service test.
I hope you have some idea for me to try. Your help is greatly appreciate.
