Looks to me that the door handle mounting screw is covered with the door trim (#35 or #42) and the end cap (#29) just snaps on.

If this is not right and the screw is going from inside the door, I would recommend to forget about the new door handle. This fridge looks very old and the plastic door liner, most likely, is in bad condition.
