Hi Nicole,

In such situation it could be two things and both of them are very rare.

Measure the oven sensor resistance at the ERC plug. It suppose to be about 1100 Ohms at the room temperature.

If the reading is wrong - measure the sensor resistance at the oven sensor connection to the wire harness (where the sensor wires coming through the oven back wall). Also check if the connection is charred.

Replace the oven sensor if the reading is wrong or the connection is charred.

If there is nothing wrong then the new ERC is defective. In such case call the customer service for the warranty exchange.
