The line is frozen! Put that connection back together, leave the door open, press the door switch by hand and repeatedly press the lever to get water until the water starts flowing. This can take up to 15-20 minutes so be patient. GE makes a heater that should prevent this from happing again (part number WR49X10173). Hope this helps!
