It would help if you could locate the model number for this one... Double check the freezer door switch, I seem to recall seeing this problem once before where the ice system wouldn't operate and I traced it down to the door switch.. The customer bugged Sears' customer service over the phone enough that they sent him a new switch free of charge just to shut him up...
