It was not an easy job, very time consuming, but your instructions (and with the help of the video), made it possible for a Mommy and her 11 year old son to fix the washing machine. There was indeed something in the water pump, a tooth actually. I am running the washer right now and its running quietly. Thank you! Thank you! Thank you!
