My grill element won't light, even with a match. It has been removed, cleaned, over cleaner cleaned, blown out with air, etc. When removed, the stubs will light with a match. When I remove the tubes from the element with a slot screwdriver and place them over the stubs, the also light with a match. Completely assembled, it will not light. Any suggestions will help.
