I purchased a lower dishrack assembly and tower, order #673735. The tower does not fit snugly on the rack and will tilt. This results in the full amount of water not reaching the upper rack. The problem seems to be the bottom of the tower is not large enough to fit tightly. My old tower fit so tightly I could not remove it which is why I had to buy a new one. I would appreciate your help in solving this problem. Thank you.
