The agitator just pulls off. Sometimes it can be hard to pull off but when it comes off it will come off all at once so don’t let it hit you in the face. If you can’t get your fingers under the agitator to pull it up you can try slipping a belt under it and pulling by that. Hope this helps. Clothes Washer Repair Guide
